dear_queen_elincia...Well, can't say I was expectin' this. Then again, I don't reckon anyone can figure they'll go to bed snug as a bug in a rug as a beorc and wake up in some weird place they ain't never been or heard of as a pony!
Yeah, I got turned into a pony. 'Cept 'stead o'lookin' like a normal one, I'm blue, an' got a mark on my flank. Somethin' called a 'Cutie Mark'? It's supposed to indicate your talent. Well, I am good with lances an' shields an' farmin'. Reckon that works. Hair's the same color at least. Er, mane, that is. It's taken some gettin' used to to walk 'round, that's for sure.
Brought in my armor and two lances an' Daisy, who got shrunk down. Poor thing's the size of the rodent huntin' dogs back home! Well, least she seems to be enjoyin' herself.
The folks here seem real nice at least, an' one, Sir Bertie, offered me a place to stay at a place called the Commune. It's got fields an' everythin'. At least I can help out with 'em. But I wonder how long I'll be here. Ma an' the others gotta be worried somethin' fierce. Well, can't get back, so might as well try to make the best of it. I'm gonna travel around 'fore I settle down, I think, take in the place.
Gonna see if I can scronge up somethin' to eat. Least as a pony I can eat grass if nothin' else...
